Halloween night, while browsing creepy stories, horror games, and all things that go bump in the night, a strange text was discovered. A mysterious file linked under a YouTube video entitled 'Top 10 Creepypastas'. No explanation or description.
Just a single link: Enter
Of course, needing to satisfy their curiosity and penchant for the creepy and peculiar, they clicked.Upon clicking the link, a download immediately began. Just as quickly as the download had started, it completed.
"Hmm small file... Ah okay its just a text file" they thought, glancing at the file extension with a shrug.
Unbeknownst to them, this simple action would alter their life for eternity. They opened the file and began to read it aloud.With each word their vision grew fuzzy, almost pixelated. Their world began to dim. Involuntarily, they continued to read the strange strings of words, their voice weakening. Everything went black with a quick snap of static. A brief moment of weightlessness, followed by confusion and panic. Silence.The dark room began to flicker alive as the computer screen illuminated. Light seemed to remember it existed. They stared out as their body lay in their bed, like cheap haunted house decor, catching the glow of dying flames of the freshly carved smiles around the room. Their bedroom decorated for a macabre celebration, forever stuck as it were, that Halloween night."Wha..what is this?"
Their consciousness would be forever entombed inside of their PC.

TERMS OF SERVICE

General
Clients must be 18 years or older to commission me.
I retain the full copyright of the commissioned artwork, unless otherwise stated.
I retain the right to upload the finished artwork in my portfolio and use it to promote my artwork.I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, and refund the commission for any reason at any time. For example, If the client fails to follow the terms provided or if I am not able to finish the artwork due to unexpected circumstances. I always have a valid reason for cancellation, and I try to avoid cancelling commissions.When commissioning me, you agree to all terms presented in the commission info and this terms of service.


Usage
You may post the finished work on your social media or website with appropriate credit to the artist, unless otherwise stated.
You may not claim the work as your own, license, or resell it.
You may not alter the work and claim as your own.
You may not feed finished or unfinished work into any sort of A.I. engine or machine learning software or service.
You may not use works for anything in association with or concerning NFTs or crypto.
You may not use works for anything in association with or concerning anything illegal.
You may not reverse engineer my work or extract content from it.


Commissions and Communication
I will communicate with you via Ko-Fi's messaging system or you can contact me on Twitter.
I will expect courteous language and professionalism in our exchanges.
I am willing to work with you to make revisions until you are happy with the product, but within reason. I reserve the right to decide how many revisions I will make.
If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. If you, e.g., do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.


Intellectual Property and Ownership
You reserve any previous rights and ownership to any reference material you submit.
You do not receive rights/ownership of finished works from the artist, unless stated otherwise.


Payment
Payment is in full and in advance. Payment is secure and handled through Ko-Fi.

Refunds
No refunds on finished work.
You may cancel and get a refund on a commission if I haven't started to work on it yet, but after that canceling is not possible.
